Millet flour 40%, foxtail powder, banana flour, oats flour, jaggery, vanilla powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.

How to Cook

  1. In a bowl, mix the required amount of pancake mix with water/milk and 1 tsp of oil until you get a smooth batter.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan on a low flame and add a little oil or ghee.
  3. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread evenly into a round shape.
  4. Cook for approximately 2 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface.
  5. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. Repeat for more pancakes.
  7. Serve hot with your favourite syrup or toppings.
